They are fed via a pneumatic cylinder. The welding force is set in the welding program and regulated via a proportional valve. Our welding pincers offer optimal repositioning characteristics and can perform both centered and eccentric welding tasks.
The welding pincers can optionally be equipped with a displacement sensor for process monitoring. This also makes it possible to check the displacementpath as well as the component and switch off the power supply after reaching a set penetration. The settings are configured in the welding program.
All welding pincers are available with component-specific electrodes and electrode holders.
